克拉霉素与托氟沙星联用治疗支原体衣原体非淋菌性尿道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨克拉霉素与托氟沙星联用治疗支原体衣原体非淋菌性尿道炎的临床效果。方法将我院2011年8月~2013年1月收治的120支原体衣原体非淋菌性尿道炎患者随机分为克拉霉素组、托氟沙星组合联合组各40例。克拉霉素组给予口服克拉霉素胶囊0.25 g，托氟沙星组给予口服托氟沙星胶囊0.3 g，联合组口服克拉霉素0.25 g、托氟沙星0.3 g，疗程14天，观察和对比各组的临床疗效。结果克拉霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效及复发率与托氟沙星比较差异无显著性（P 〉0.05），联合用药组治疗非淋菌性尿道炎效果显著，复发率低，与克托霉素组和托氟沙星组比较差异有显著性（P 〈0.05）。结论克拉霉素与托氟沙星联合治疗支原体衣原体非淋菌性尿道炎疗效显著、安全、服用方便，不良反应低，复发少。具有高效、安全、服用方便等特点，是一种值得推广的临床技术。Objective：Study of clarithromycin with tosufloxacin in the treatment of Mycoplasma non - gonococcal urethri-tis clinical effect. Method：Will my courtyard in 2011 August to 2013 January were 120 Mycoplasma non - gonococcal ure-thritis patients were randomly divided into groups,clarithromycin tosufloxacin combination of joint group with 40 cases in each group. Clarithromycin group were given oral clarithromycin capsules 0. 25 g,tosufloxacin group were given oral tosuflox-acin capsule combined with group 0. 3 g,0. 25 g,oral clarithromycin tosufloxacin 0. 3 g,course of treatment is 14 days,ob-serve and compare the clinical efficacy of each group. Results：Clarithromycin in the treatment of nongonococcal urethritis in therapeutic effects and recurrence rate and tosufloxacin had no significant differences（ P 〉 0. 05 ）,combination group treat-ment of nongonococcal urethritis effect,low recurrence rate,and G daptomycin group and tosufloxacin group had significant difference（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Clarithromycin and tosufloxacin in combined treatment of nongonococcal urethritis My-coplasma pneumoniae curative effect,safety,convenient use,adverse reactions to low,less recurrence. With high efficien-cy,safety,convenient use and other characteristics,it is worthy of popularization in clinical techniques.
