摘 要:利用不同温度热处理的锆钛酸铅(PZT)制备了0-3型压电复合材料,研究了热处理温度对复合材料微观结构和压电性能的影响,最后分析了改性基体IPN对复合材料压电性能的影响。实验结果表明,热处理改善了陶瓷在基体中的分散状态,提高了复合材料的压电性能,当热处理温度为1 000℃时,复合材料d33值由未热处理时的0.7 p C/N增加到5.7 p C/N;当以环氧树脂改性量为15%时的IPN为基体时,复合材料的压电应变常数提高了4%。0-3 type Lead zirconate titanate( PZT )/polymer piezoelectric composites were prepared using the ceramic powders treated at different temperature. The effect of temperature treatment on the microstructure and pieazoelectric properties in the composites was studied. In the final,the effect of IPN on the piezoelectric properties was analyzed. The results indicated that heat treatment improved the dispersion of ceramic in the matrix and improved the piezoelectric properties of the composite material. d3 are increased to 5.7pC/N when the temperature of PZT was 1000℃ compared to 0.7pC/N of unheated ones. Piezoelectric strain constant d3 increased by 4% when the mass fraction of epoxy resin was 15%.
