浅议增设专利权转移登记的撤销程序

摘　　要：专利侵权纠纷往往与权属纠纷交织,这会延长诉讼程序,增加诉累,增加侵权纠纷解决的难度,不利于促进社会经济建设。文章依据《专利法》,通过对某案例的分析和相关问题的解析,建议增设专利权转移登记的撤销程序,以便提高解决专利纠纷的效率,促进行政程序法律制度建设。Patent infringement disputes are often intertwined with the ownership disputes, which will extend the proceedings, increase the burden of litigation, increase the difficulty of infringement disputes, is not conducive to promoting social and economic development. According to the ＂patent law＂, through the analysis of a case and the analysis of the relevant issues, Article is recommended to add the revocation procedures of patent rights transfer registration, in order to improve the efficiency of patent disputes, and promote the construction of administrative law procedure.
