摘  要:电力系统经济调度的核心是合理的分配负荷以实现电力系统经济性最优,在风电大规模发展的今天,风能的不确定性及波动性使得含风电场的电力系统经济调度问题变得更加复杂。分析了传统的电力系统经济调度的数学模型,在考虑风电输出功率不稳定性的条件下,建立了含风电场的电力系统经济调度的数学模型,在模型中考虑了环境因素及因风电场加入而引起的额外的旋转备用费用,并用协同进化多目标优化算法求解模型,并将结果与传统的单目标遗传算法进行比较,仿真验证其可行性。The key of the economic dispatch of electrical power system is how to distribute the load to mini- mize the cost. The uncertainty and volatility of wind energy make the economic dispatch become more com- plicated than before when wind farms get connected. The traditional math model of economic dispatch is studied in this paper, which is not involved the uncertain energy, such as wind energy, solar energy. The effect of wind farms on the traditional economic dispatch of electrical power system was analyzed in this pa- per. The mathematical model of the economic dispatch was established, which considered the environmen- tal factors and extra spinning reserve cost. The multi-objective co-evolutionary algorithm was used to fig- ure out the model, and the results were compared with the traditional single objective genetic algorithm to test its feasibility.
