摘　　要：开展综合运输示范区建设是推进综合运输体系建设的重要手段之一。本文以建构全国示范区为目标导向,以一定区域为评价对象,从社会公众的视角,跳出交通建设的常规认识,结合综合运输"衔接、协调、综合"的本质特征,以满足社会大众"便捷、经济、高效"的服务需求,设立评价指标体系,引导地方政府从运输本质角度推进综合运输的建设。Developing the demonstration area of comprehensive transport is one of the main tools to advance comprehensive transport development. It＇s based on the construction of the national demonstration areas for the target orientation, to the administrative region as the evaluation object, in the perspective of the social public to make the evaluation index from the substitutive characteristics of comprehensive transport, that is convergence, coordination and comprehensive. Which is used to meet the demand of the public service and induce the local government to advance the development of comprehensive transport from the nature of the transport.
