摘　　要：物流园区是对国民经济和社会发展具有重要作用的公共性物流基础设施。政府和社会资本合作(PPP)模式可有效解决基础设施类项目需求快速增长与政府财政资金供给不足的矛盾,而科学地特许定价及调整机制是物流园区PPP项目成功的关键。在现有文献的研究基础上,从特许定价的关键影响因素、定价方法、政府补贴机制与方法及调价方法等四方面展示了该领域当前相关研究进展。最后讨论了未来的可能探索方向。Logistics park is a public logistics infrastructure, which plays an important role in economic and social development of a country or region. PPP can effectively solve the contradiction between the need of infrastructure projects and the insufficient supply of government funds. Scientific concession pricing and adjustment mechanism is the key to success of logistics park PPP projects. Based on the former literature, the current research development is also shown by four aspects： key factors, concession pricing method, government subsidy mechanism and pricing adjustment method. Finally, the possible directions for future is discussed.
