摘　　要：文章在研究国内外网络教学平台的基础上,吸收、借鉴国内外高校的教学理念和方法,通过整合、优化名校网络开放课程和相关学术资源,构建了一个优质的商科类教学资源的共享平台。平台旨在促进学院教育教学理念的转变,教师教学水平的提升,学生思维方法的转变以及自主学习能力的提高,进而提升学院人才培养的质量。Based on studying of Network teaching platform of overseas and domestic research,the paper absorbs,uses the teaching philosophy and methods of universities at home and abroad,construct an academic resource sharing platform for business.etc,according to integrate,optimize online open courses of elite school and relative academic resources.It aims to promote the transformation of education and teaching philosophy,enhance teachers＇ teaching level,change of pupils＇ thinking manners,develop the autonomous learning ability of college student,and enhance the quality of talent-training of the college.
