摘 要:目的 :探究泰山白首乌提取物的抗衰老作用。方法:将72只老龄小鼠随机分为6组,泰山白首乌水提液高、中、低剂量组及白首乌醇提液组、维生素E(VE)阳性对照组、空白对照组。另取12只青年小鼠为正常对照组。提液组以0.3 m L提取物灌胃,空白对照组及正常对照组以等量生理盐水灌胃,VE阳性对照组以VE水溶液100 mg/kg灌胃。连续灌胃6周后,测定小鼠血清端粒酶(TEL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性、血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,给药组自然衰老小鼠血清中TEL(除泰山白首乌水提液低剂量组外)、SOD、GSH-PX活性均有显著升高(P<0.05),血清中MDA含量(除泰山白首乌水提液低剂量组外)显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:泰山白首乌可通过提高抗氧化酶的活性以减轻氧化自由基对机体的损害从而达到延缓机体衰老的作用。Objective:To explore the anti-aging effect of the extract of cynanchum bungei decne. Methods:Seventy-two aged mice were randomly divided into six groups:high,middle and low dose group of cy-nanchum bungei decne aqueous extract group,cynanchum bungei decne alcohol extract group,vitamin E(VE) positive group and blank control group. The extract groups were given 0.3 mL extract by gavage. The blank control group and normal control group were given equal saline. The VE positive group was given VE water solution by gavage(100 mg/kg). Six weeks later,the activity of telomerase,SOD,GSH-PX and the contents of MDA were measured. Results:Compare with the blank control group,the activity of telomerase,SOD,GSH-PX in blood serum of aged mice in the drug groups (except the low dose group of cynanchum bungei decne aqueous extract)all increased significantly(P〈0.05),while the content of MDA was reduced significantly(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Cynanchum bungei Decne can enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes and alleviate the damage of oxidative free radical to the body ,so as to delay the senescence of body.
