志愿者团队对无喉患者进行复声康复培训的实践研究

摘　　要：目的探讨志愿者团队对无喉患者进行短期复声康复培训的方法及效果。方法由无喉志愿者、语言治疗师及头颈外科专业医护人员共同组成的志愿者团队对26例无喉患者进行复声康复指导,评价培训期间和培训后1、2个月患者的复声效果。结果培训后第5天,有11例(42.3%)无喉患者能连续打2个嗝,5例(19.2%)能发元音,3例(11.5%)能发单音;培训后1个月患者再发音能力优于培训结束时(Z=2.657,P=0.008),培训后2个月和1个月患者再发音能力差异没有统计学意义(Z=0.836,P=0.403)。结论志愿者团队对无喉患者进行复声康复培训,能够有效帮助无喉患者复声,但要持续发展,需解决团队人员和经费方面的问题。Objective To evaluate the effects of short-term voice rehabilitation training in patients after laryngectomy by the volunteer team. Methods The volunteer team composed of alaryngeal volunteers,speech therapists,head and neck surgeons and nurses. Twenty-six patients after laryngectomy received voice rehabilitation guidance by the volunteer team. Results At the fifth day after training,11 cases（42.3%） could play two belches,5 cases（19.2%）could pronounce vowels,3 cases（11.5%） could pronounce single-tones. The patients＇ pronunciation ability at one month after training was significantly improved than baseline（Z=2.657,P=0.008）. No significant difference wad found in the pronunciation ability at one month and two months after training（Z =0.836,P =0.403）. Conclusion The voice rehabilitation training by the volunteer team can effectively facilitate the rehabilitation of pronunciation ability in patients after laryngectomy. It is suggested to solve the personnel and financial problems.
