摘 要:目的评价基于职业能力分析进行急救护理技术教学内容重组的教学效果,为培养高素质、高技能实用型护理人才提供依据。方法将高职护理专业1个班67名学生作为试验组,基于护理岗位职业能力分析,将急救护理技术的教学内容优化组合成院前急救、急诊救护、重症监护、综合情景急救4个工作项目;将另外1个班68名学生作为对照组,在急救护理技术课程中按传统章节内容进行教学。比较两组学生理论考试和技能考试成绩的差异,并对试验组学生进行教学效果的问卷调查。结果试验组学生急救护理技术理论和技能考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组65名(97.01%)学生认同教学内容重组后优于传统教学,他们对教学效果的认同率在90%以上。结论基于职业能力分析对急救护理技术进行教学内容重组,有效提高了教学效果和学生的综合素质。Objective To evaluate the teaching outcomes of content recombination of emergency nursing techniques based on the analysis of professional competence,so as to provide reference for the training of high-quality practical nursing talents. Methods Totally 135 higher vocational nursing students were divided into two groups according to class. Emergency nursing techniques were recombined into four modules including pre-hospital first aid techniques,emergency first aid techniques, intensive care techniques and comprehensive first aid techniques based on the analysis of professional competence in the experimental group(n=67). Traditional teaching mode was implemented in the control group(n=68). Students' performances in theory exam and skill test were compared between the two groups. In addition,the teaching outcomes were evaluated using questionnaires among students in the experimental group. Results Students' performances in theory exam and skill test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Sixty-five(97.01%) students reported that the new teaching mode was superior to traditional teaching mode. The agreement rates were over 90% in each item of teaching out-comes. Conclusion Content recombination of emergency nursing techniques based on the analysis of professional competence can effectively improve the teaching outcomes and train nursing students' comprehensive quality.
