摘  要:以某燃料型炼油厂原油综合加工能力12.0 Mt/a工艺流程为例,介绍了采用催化原料深度加氢与催化汽油吸附脱硫生产国Ⅳ车用汽油的两种工况,对比了两种工况的工艺流程、物料平衡,并利用全厂PIMS模型对两种工况作了经济评价。结果表明:两种工况下全厂汽油都可以达到国Ⅳ标准,但前者有利于改善催化裂化装置产品分布,提高装置汽油收率,减少催化汽油RON损失,效益更优。因此,在国Ⅳ车用汽油阶段,推荐采用催化原料深度加氢工况。Through a case study of the process of a 12.0 MM TPY petroleum refinery, the two schemes for the production of Guo Ⅳ motor gasoline are described, i.e. deep hydro-processing of FCC feed and absorption desulfurization of FCC gasoline. The two production schemes are compared in respect of process and material balance, and economics of two production schemes are evaluated. The results show that both schemes are capable of producing Guo Ⅳ motor gasoline. However, the first scheme is good for product distribution, improvement of gasoline yield, reduction of octane loss of FCC gasoline and improvement of economics. There- fore, deep hydro-processing of FCC feed is recommended for production of Guo Ⅳ motor gasoline.
