红花黄色素氯化钠注射液致过敏反应1例

摘　　要：1例45岁男性患者因左手第4掌骨骨折术后1年余,需取出内固定装置入院。入院后给予红花黄色素氯化钠注射液80mg、1次/d静脉滴注以活血化瘀通脉,改善循环,消肿止痛。在静滴该药过程中(约50分钟,该注射液未滴完),患者即出现胸闷、呼吸困难、喉头水肿、面部肿胀、结膜水肿、皮疹等过敏反应症状,经停药及对症处理后,不适症状缓解。提示对于红花黄色素氯化钠注射液超说明书用药需要注意用药的合理性、规范性及对可能出现的过敏问题等。After surgery in more than 1 years, an 45-year-old male patient with the fourth metacarpal fracture of left hand was admitted to remove the internal fixation . The patient was treated with safflor yellow sodium chloride injection 80rag once daily in Huoxue Huayu Tongmai to improve circulation, relieve swelling and pains. In the process of intravenous infusion of the drug （about 50 minutes, without finishing）, the patient suffered with chest tightness, shortness of breath, laryngeal edema, facial swelling, conjunctive edema, rash and other allergic symptoms. After drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment, the symptoms of this patient were released. This case is a note for the excess use of safflower yellow sodium chloride injection which needs to be paid more attention to its rational use, the standardization and the possible allergic problems.
