摘 要:目的研究CFRP-螺栓联合技术对无腹筋RC梁的抗剪加固效果,揭示其工作机理,建立CFRP-螺栓联合加固无腹筋RC梁抗剪承载力计算公式.方法对13根抗剪试验梁进行剪切试验,分析研究CFRP受力状态和抗剪加固机理,建立了相应受剪承载力计算公式并验证计算公式的合理性.结果 CFRP-螺栓联合加固可显著提高无腹筋RC梁的受剪承载力,提高范围在1.2~1.68;对无腹筋RC梁抗剪加固时,CFRP条带作用与箍筋类似,基于此引入了CFRP加固率概念,建立了其计算公式,计算得出CFRP加固率值与相应抗剪极限承载力提高值具有极高的线性相关性.结论采用新建CFRP-螺栓联合加固无腹筋RC梁抗剪承载力计算公式所得计算结果与试验实测值具有较高的吻合度,计算结果略小于试验结果,计算公式具有一定安全储备.This paper studied strengthening effects of CFRP-bolt reinforcement technology on beams without stirrups,revealed its working mechanism and established shear bearing capacity formula for CFRP-bolt reinforced RC beams without stirrups. The stress state and the shear reinforcement mechanism of CFRP based on shear experimental data of 13 test RC beams were studied and analyzed. Newcomputational formula for shear bearing capacity were built and these rationality is verified. Experimental results showthat the shear resistance capacity of RC beam without stirrups remarkably increase 1. 2 to 1. 68 times with the newreinforcement method. It is also found thatCFRP strips have similar effects as stirrups on reinforcement of RC beams without stirrups. Based on this,a newconcept of CFRP's reinforcement ratio is introduced to the computational formula.There is good linear correlation between the calculated CFRP' s reinforcement ratio and the increased value of shear resistance capacity. Conclusion is that the proposed computational formula for shear resistance capacity of CFRP-bolt reinforced beams without stirrups are reliable. Computational results coincide with the experimental data well,and the former is slightly less than the later.This means the proposed formula have certain safe stocks.
