摘  要:目的对不用孔洞位置下蜂窝式钢框架的破坏形式及受力特性进行研究,以找出最佳参数.方法以蜂窝式钢框架结构静力性能试验为基础,利用有限元软件建立合理的有限元模型,将模拟结果与试验结果对比以验证模型合理性,进而研究孔洞位置对梁柱节点破坏形式的影响.结果有限元计算结果与试验所得数据吻合较好.改变孔洞参数可以改变节点附近梁的应力分布,使节点的破坏模式由脆性破坏转变为梁上的局部破坏.对蜂窝节点的参数进行扩展分析,给出孔洞位置参数建议取值:d应小于1.87 H^2.20 H,e应大于0.90 H^1.23 H.结论只要适当调整梁柱节点附近孔洞位置的范围,就可以使得节点的破坏模式按照设计预期的方式破坏,能够有效规避节点脆性破坏带来的风险,符合"强柱弱梁,强节点、弱构件"的设计理念.In order to find out the optimum parameter,damage forms and mechanical characteristics of castellated steel frames with different hole positions were studied in this paper. Static performance tests for the castellated steel frame and the FE analysis on the same structure were carried out to verify the built model rationality. Results showthat the finite element analysis is in good agreement with experimental data. It is found that changing the hole position can lead to stress distribution change of the structure. The damage form of the joint is changed from brittle failure to local damage of the beam. The reasonable hole position should be as follows: d less than 1. 87 H ~2. 20 H,e should be more than 0. 90 H ~ 1. 23 H. Conclusion is that adjusting hole position parameter near the beam column joint,the expected joint damage form in accordance with the design can be made and the risk caused by the brittle failure can be avoided.
