摘  要:目的针对多层建筑外呼吸玻璃幕墙存在的"气流短路"问题,提出改进措施以提高幕墙通风效果.方法通过加大下层幕墙单元排风口与上层幕墙单元进风口间的垂直距离和将幕墙单元进排风口错开布置的方法,对多层建筑外呼吸玻璃幕墙进行改进,并利用CFD软件对改进前后的幕墙内温度场和速度场进行模拟分析.结果夏季条件下,典型的外呼吸玻璃幕墙换气层内温度会随着建筑高度增加而升高,为了使换气层内空气温度降低,将幕墙下层单元排风口与上层单元进风口间距设置300 mm为宜.在此基础上将幕墙单元进风口与排风口错开布置,能够有效地降低除首层之外的玻璃幕墙换气层中空气温度.结论笔者提出的两种改进措施均能够有效降低多层建筑外呼吸玻璃幕墙换气层内空气温度,为外呼吸玻璃幕墙在多层建筑中的设计提供借鉴.In order to solve the "airflowshort circuit"problem of the double-skin facade in multistory buildings,improvement measures are proposed in this paper. Through increasing the vertical distance between the lower curtain wall unit and the upper wall unit and staggered arrangement for the inlet and outlet position in all curtain wall units,the double-skin facade structure was improved. Simulation and analysis with software CDF for temperature and velocity fields of curtain wall units were carried out. It is found that in summer,with the increase of the building height,average temperature of the curtain wall unit increase significantly. In order to reduce this temperature,the vertical distance between the lower curtain wall unit and the upper curtain unit should be300 mm. On this basis,taking staggered arrangement for the inlet and outlet position can efficientlydecrease the average temperature on the double-skin facade. Conclusion is that the proposed improvement measures can reduce the average temperature on the breath area of the double-skin facade in multistory buildings and provide a theoretical basis for its design.
