摘  要:目的确定骨碳诱导HAP结晶各影响因素的最佳值,提高废水中磷的回收利用率.方法选择骨碳作为晶种,采用正交试验,通过极差分析与方差分析确定最佳实验条件,并进行单因素试验.结果极差分析显示各因素影响程度大小依次为p H值、搅拌时间、初始P质量浓度、n(Ca)∶n(P);最佳试验组合为p H=9、P初始质量浓度40 mg/L、搅拌时间37.5 h、n(Ca)∶n(P)=1.7.方差分析显示p H值、p H值和初始P质量浓度交互作用以及P初始质量浓度和搅拌时间的交互作用对除磷效果影响显著.结论随着静置时间、搅拌时间、P初始质量浓度、骨碳粒径的增加除磷率也随之增加,骨碳粒径对除磷效果的影响并不明显,骨碳有一定供碱能力.The paper is aim to determinethe the optimal value for influence factors of bone charcoal induced HAP crystallization process,so as to improve the phosphorus removal rate from waste water. Taking bone charcoal as a seed grain in the orthogonal test,the best experimental condition was determined by range analysis and ANOVA,and single factor tests were carried out. Range analysis results showthat the optimal values are: p H = 9,initial phosphorus mass concentration = 40 mg / L,stirring time 37. 5 h,n( Ca) : n( P) = 1. 7. ANOVA results indicate the p H value and interaction influences among the p H value,the initial phosphorus concentration and the ratio of Ca / Phave significant effect on the efficient phosphorus removal. Conclusion is that the bone charcoal has certain ability for offering alkali. The phosphorus removal rate increases with the increase of standing time,stirring time,initial P concentration and bone charcoal particle size. But the influence of bone charcoal particle size on the phosphorus removal is not obvious.
