百合地黄汤对更年期女性内分泌及免疫功能的调节研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨雌激素联合百合地黄汤对更年期综合征妇女生殖内分泌及免疫系统的调节作用。方法:选取我院收治的更年期综合征妇女女性172例,根据是否应用百合地黄汤分为实验组与对照组。随机分为两组,每组各86例,其中对照组予以尼尔雌醇片治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加以百合地黄汤治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效,T淋巴细胞CD亚群、IL-2及血清性激素水平的变化情况。结果:经治疗后,两组患者的症状均有所改善,且实验组总有效率明显优高于对照组(差异有统计学意义(P<0.05))。治疗后,两组患者的免疫功能有所提高,实验组明显优于对照组(差异有统计学意义(P<0.05))。治疗后,两组患者的血清性激素水平均有所改善,且实验组明显优于对照组(差异有统计学意义(P<0.05))。结论:雌激素联合百合地黄汤能够调节更年期综合征妇女的生殖内分泌及免疫系统功能。Objective： To study the effect of estrogen combined with Baihedihuang Decoction on the reproductive endocrine and immune function of menopausal syndrome women. Methods： 172 cases of female cases of women with climacteric syndrome were selected in our hospital, according to whether the application of Baihe Dihuang Decoction and randomly divided into two groups, each group of 86 cases. The patients in control group were treated with Nilestriol tablets, and on the basis of control group, the patients in and experimental group were added Baihedihuang Decoction treatment, daily 1 agent, 1 month for a period of treatment. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, the T lymphocyte subgroup CD, IL-2 activity levels and serum sex hormone levels of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results： After treatment, symptoms were improved, the total efficiency of experimental group was higher than control group, P 〈 0.05. After treatment, the immune function of two groups of patients was improved, the experimental group was better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Two groups of patients with serum sex hormone levels were improved, the experimental group than the control group, P 〈 0.05.1After treatment, the symptoms of two groups of patients were improved, and the experimental group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 2After treatment, the immune function of two groups of patients was improved, and the experimental group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 3After treatment, the serum sex hormone levels in two groups were improved, and the experimental group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Estrogen combined with Baihe Dihuang Decoction can regulate the function of menopausal syndromewomen reproductive endocrine and immune system.
