达克罗宁联合笑气吸入镇痛在行胃镜检查患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：观察达克罗宁联合笑气吸入应用于胃镜检查的临床效果。方法达克罗宁联合笑气吸入下行胃镜检查200例（研究组），单纯口服达克罗宁行胃镜检查者200例（对照组），观察两组胃镜操作时间及检查前、中、后的 HP、HR、SpO2的变化，以及胃镜检查中的反应及感受。结果研究组患者咽部不适、恶心、呕吐和躁动的发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；研究组胃镜操作时间短于对照组（P〈0.05），研究组检查前、中、后收缩压、舒张压及心率低于对照组，除检查前收缩压外，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组检查前、中、后 SpO2比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研究组患者难以忍受、明显不适及轻微不适的例数均少于对照组，而无不适的例数明显多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论达克罗宁联合笑气下行胃镜检查减轻了患者的痛苦，增加了患者的依从性，缩短了胃镜操作时间，减轻了胃镜检查对患者的刺激，而且操作简单易行，患者乐于接受，有临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide inhalation used in gastroscopy. Methods Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide inhalation endoscopic examination was used in 200 ca-ses （study group）, and oral Dyclonine gastro scope examination was used in 200 cases （control group）. Gastro scope operation time, HP, HR, SPO2 and the response and feel in gastroscopy of the two groups were observed. Results Throat discomfort, nausea, vomiting and the incidence of agitation rate of patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . The operation time of Gastro scope in study group was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of study group were lower than those of the control group, except the systolic pressure, before, during and after examina-tion, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in SPO2 between the two groups before, during and after examination （P〉0. 05）. Patients in the study group feeling unbearable, obvious discomfort and slight discomfort were less than those of the control group, while the number of cases of no discomfort in study group was higher than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide by gastroscopy alleviates the suffering of patients, increases the compliance of patients, shortens the gastro scope operation time, reduces the stimulation of gastroscopy for patients, which is simple and easy to operate, patients are willing to ac-cept and it has clinical value.
