氟芬那酸丁酯软膏封包联合复方倍他米松局部注射治疗结节性痒疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟芬那酸丁酯软膏封包联合复方倍他米松局部注射治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法 100例结节性痒疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组采用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏封包联合复方倍他米松局部注射治疗;对照组仅采用复方倍他米松局部注射治疗。对比两组疗效。结果两组治疗2周末,治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.27,P<0.05);4周末治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为88%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.38,P<0.05)。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏封包联合复方倍他米松局部注射治疗结节性痒疹疗效显著,有推广价值。Objective To observe clinical effect of butyl flufenamate ointment package combined with compound betamethasone local injection in the treatment of prurigo nodularis. Methods A total of 100 prurigo nodularis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group received butyl flufenamate ointment package combined with compound betamethasone local injection, and the control group received single compound betamethasone local injection. Their curative effects were compared. Results At the end of 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 98% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（χ^2=8.27, P〈0.05）. At the end of 4 weeks, the treatment group had total effective rate as 100%, while the control group had it as 88%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（χ^2=6.38, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of butyl flufenamate ointment package combined with compound betamethasone local injection contains precise effect in the treatment of prurigo nodularis. This method has value for promotion.
