摘　　要：基于国家安全的军队危机管理问题的核心,是通过对军队危机管理面临挑战的解析、对策的研究,探索成功地控制和处置危机,不断提高调控和驾驭危机的能力,增强危机管理的针对性、科学性、有效性,减少盲目性、被动性,进而提高军队危机管理的能力。The core of military crisis management is to analyze the challenges and countermeasures of military crisis management, explore how to successfully control and deal with the crisis,promote the ability of adjusting and handling cri- sis, and enhance the pertinence, science and effectiveness of crisis management so as to strengthen the ability of crisis management.
