摘　　要：聂荣臻是我国国防科技事业的主要奠基人和杰出领导人,通过研究聂荣臻关于我国国防科技的地位作用、发展道路、力量管理、发展重点和人才队伍建设等方面的论述与实践,阐述了聂荣臻国防科技思想。回顾总结聂荣臻国防科技思想,具有重要的历史意义及现实的指导意义。Nie Rongzhen is the main founder and prominent leader of China＇s national defense science and technology industry. This paper studies Nie＇s comments and practice on the role of China＇s national defense science and technology, its developing path, resource management, key areas and talent team construction. Reviewing Nie＇s national defense sci- ence and technology thinking does not only have great historical significance, but also practical significance.
