摘 要:试验从新疆石河子地区3个建设兵团采集60份临床型乳腺炎患牛的奶样。细菌分离纯化后,在VITEK 2微生物自动分析系统基础上,利用16S r DNA序列分析对乳腺炎主要致病菌进行菌种鉴定,并对病原菌进行药敏试验。结果表明,60份奶样中共分离14种细菌,其中无乳链球菌(S.agalactiae)最多(20%),其次为金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)(15.56%)。选择14种常用抗生素,采用Kithy-Bauer纸片法,对分离出的病原菌进行药敏试验,无乳链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药性最强(耐药菌株最多)。通过免疫蛋鸡制备无乳链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的特异性卵黄抗体(Ig Y),体外抑菌试验表明,10mg/m L的特异性Ig Y能够有效抑制两种细菌的生长,为卵黄抗体替代抗生素防治奶牛乳腺炎提供一定理论基础。A total of 60 clinical mastitis milk samples were collected from three Xinjiang production and construction corps in Shihezi area. After the separation and purification of bacteria, they were identified by the method of microbial analytical system .The results showed that 44 strains for 14 kinds of bacterial were isolated from pathogenic samples. The main pathogenic bacteria were S.agalactiae,and S.aureus. The detection result was as follow: the detection rate of S.agalactiae was 20%; the detection rate of S.aureus was 15.56%. Then 14 kinds of antibiotics were susceptibility tested to pathogenic bacteria by diseagar diffusion, and the two kinds main pathogenic bacteria were penicillin sensitive. Special IgY were produced by hens immunized with formaldehyde killed S.aureus and S.agalactiae, the result showed that 10mg/mL lgY could inhibited the growth of the two bacterias. The experiments provided a theoretical basis for the control of bovine mastitis.
