摘　　要：目的探讨利用合理用药监测系统(PASS)监控医院处方(医嘱),以提高合理用药水平。方法统计PASS显示黑灯警告处方(医嘱),利用Excel软件对数据进行分析总结。结果共监测问题处方(医嘱)51 659条,黑灯警告1481条,红灯26 957条,橙灯23 221条。结论 PASS的应用可促进医院临床合理用药,但其尚存在一定局限性,需进一步维护及完善。Objective To investigate the use of rational drug use monitoring system（PASS） monitor hospital hospital prescription（doctor＇s orders） to improve the level of rational drug use.Methods Statistics show black light warning PASS prescription（doctor＇s orders）,the use of Excel software for data analysis and summary.Results The total of 51 659 issues orders are under control,black light warning 1481,red 26 957,orange 23 221.Conclusion PASS hospital clinical application can promote rational drug use,but there are still some limitations of its own,for further maintenance and improvement.
