根管治疗术一次法治疗隐裂牙患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨根管治疗术一次法治疗隐裂牙患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月至2014年12月收治的隐裂牙患者资料78例(90颗),按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组患者接受分次根管治疗术治疗,观察组患者采用根管治疗术一次法治疗。比较两组患者的牙齿功能、应激状态以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者牙齿各指标恢复情况、应激指标以及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论根管治疗术一次法治疗隐裂牙患者有利于牙齿功能早日恢复,并提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of root canal therapy on the treatment of cracked teeth.Methods From June 2013 to December 2014,78 patients（90 teeth）were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received split root canal therapy treatment,observation group were treated by root canal therapy,compared two groups of patients with teeth function,stress and quality of life score.Results In the observation group,the indexes of dental restoration,stress index and quality of life score were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Root canal therapy for the treatment of cracked teeth,is conducive to the early resumption of tooth function,improve the QOL of the patients.
