摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急救中的应用价值。方法将88例AMI患者完全随机分为两组,各44例,观察组患者给予优质护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者急救时间、入院时间均短于对照组,且急救成功率及转运成功率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 AMI患者急救中采取优质护理,应用效果明显。Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.Methods 88 patients with AMI were divided into two groups,44 cases in each group,the observation group was given high quality nursing,the control group received routine nursing care.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results The patients in observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the success rate of first aid and the success rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion AMI patients with high quality care,the application effect is obvious.
