摘　　要：三氧化二砷(As2O3)是一种致癌剂,其适当剂量对肿瘤疗效明显。近年来的研究表明As2O3抗肿瘤的作用机制之一是抑制新生血管形成,使肿瘤细胞生长受到抑制。与此同时,环境污染中砷化物的致癌机制也受到关注。本文就近年来As2O3在抗肿瘤血管形成的作用机制,以及砷致癌性与血管生成相关性的研究加以阐述。Arsenic trioxide （As2 O3 ） is a kind of carcinogenic agent ,and appropriate dose has obvious effect on tumor treatment .In recent years ,studies have showed that one of the antitumor mechanisms of As2 O3 is to inhibit angiogenesis ,thus restraining tumor cells to grow . At the same time , carcinogenic mechanism of arsenic in environmental pollution has also been concerned . This article reviewed the mechanism of As2 O3 in anti‐tumor angiogenesis and the correlation between arsenic carcinogenic and angiogenesis .
