渭南市2013年孕妇碘营养状况监测分析

摘　　要：目的：为了解食用碘盐含量标准下调后孕妇碘营养状况。方法采集孕妇随机一次性尿样，采用砷铈催化分光光度法（WS／T107‐2006）测定尿碘含量，以WHO／UNICEF／ICCIDD推荐的评价标准作为依据，评价孕妇人群碘营养状况。结果经检测600名孕妇尿碘中位数为219．5μg／L ，10个县（市、区）孕妇尿碘中位数在182．1～298．9μg／L之间，经 Kruskal‐Wallis检验分析，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；早、中、晚期孕妇尿碘中位数分别为284．3μg／L、246．1μg／L和216．0μg／L ，经分析，不同孕期的孕妇尿碘水平差异无统计学意义。结论本市孕妇总体上不存在碘缺乏，但从个体来看，依然存在碘缺乏或碘营养过剩的风险，建议有关部门建立孕妇个人定期的尿碘监测机制，调整碘摄入量，以达到优生优育、提高人口素质的目的。Objective To investigate the iodine nutritional status among pregnant women after the reduction in the standard level of edible iodized salt .Methods Urine samples were randomly collected from 600 pregnant women ,and the iodine levels were measured using arsenic‐cerium catalytic spectrophotometry （WS/T107‐2006 ） . The nutritional status of iodine was assessed based on the criteria recommended by WHO/UNICEF/ICCIDD . Results The median urinary iodine level of 600 pregnant women was 219 .5 μg/L ,and the median urinary iodine level of pregnant women of 10 counties was 182 .1‐298 .9 μg/L ,with statistical difference （ P〈0 .05 ） according to Kruskal‐Wallis＇ analysis . The Median urinary iodine level varied during early mid and late pregnancy , the corresponding median values were 284.3 μg/L , 246.1 μg/L and 216.0 μg/L respectively , with statistical significance .Conclusions Generally , pregnant women from Weinan city do not face problem of iodine deficiency;but individually ,the risks of iodine deficiency and excessive iodine intake still exist ;the overall situation is undesirable .The departments concerned are recommended to establish systems to check personal urinary iodine level for pregnant women and to adjust their iodine intake levels accordingly ,so as to achieve the goals of healthy pregnancy and higher population quality .
