蓝科肤宁在芒果皮炎治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蓝科肤宁治疗芒果皮炎的临床疗效。方法将101例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组44例,对照组57例。治疗组外用蓝科肤宁湿敷于皮损处,湿敷后涂维生素E乳膏。对照组外涂丁酸氢化可的松(尤卓尔),2次/d,7d为1个疗程。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.18%和92.98%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蓝科肤宁湿敷治疗芒果皮炎与激素疗效相当,但无激素的不良反应,安全、方便,患儿家长易于接受。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Velvet‐feeling for treating mango dermatitis .Methods The 101 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups ,44 cases in the treatment group and 57 cases in the control group .The treatment group was treated with Velvet‐feeling wet deposition at the skin lesions ,wet coating vitamin E cream .The control group were treated by hydrocortisone butyrate （You Zhuoer ） ,2 times / day ,7 days for 1 courses .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.18% and 92 .98%respectively ,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion V elvet‐fee ling wet compress treatment for mango dermatitis and hormone efficacy is quite ,but no hormone side effect ,safe and convenient , parents of children easy to accept .
