摘  要:藏药是我国较为完整、较有影响的民族药之一,它不仅广泛吸收了中医药学2000年的优秀医药学经验,并且融合印度医药学和大食医药学等经典理论,通过长期实践形成了独特的藏医药体系。目前,藏药的生产主要是采用传统炮制加工与现代高新技术手段相结合的新制药方法。藏药资源的合理利用和野生藏药资源的保护,主要问题在于藏药制剂工艺不完善,质量控制不够严密、疗效评估和作用机制不明确等原因。在藏医药典籍中仅有经验鉴别不能保证藏药质量,因此现代光谱色谱和毛细管电泳等现代分离分析技术将继续在藏药的研究过程中发挥重要作用。高效毛细管电泳技术已在中药活性成分和质量控制研究中得到广泛应用,其相比传统常用高效液相色谱技术而言,具有诸多优点。本文主要综述了高效毛细管电泳技术在藏药研究中的应用进展。Tibetan medicine is one of the relatively complete national medicines with widespread influence . Tibetan medicine not only absorbed the excellent medical experience from Chinese traditional medicine but also assimilate other classical theory like Indian medicine .It formed a unique Tibetan medicine system through a long‐term practice .At present ,the production of Tibetan medicine combines traditional processing and modern high‐tech means .To protect Tibetan medicine resources ,we must pay attention to the issues which include processing ,quality control ,effect evaluation and mechanism . The traditional experience cannot guarantee the quality of Tibetan medicine .So ,modern spectrum chromatography ,capillary electrophoresis separation and other modern analysis techniques will play important roles in the research of Tibetan medicine .High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) has been widely used in the study of Chinese medicine .Compared with the traditional commonly used high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) technology ,HPCE has many advantages . This article mainly summarized the research on the application of high performance capillary electrophoresis technology in Tibetan medicine .
