高转化率改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的制备研究

摘　　要：以丙烯酸丁酯（BA）作为聚醋酸乙烯酯（PVAc）的改性单体、过硫酸铵（APS）为引发剂、聚乙烯醇（PVA）为保护胶体、十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）/辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚（OP-10）为阴/非离子型复合乳化剂,采用半连续加料法制备了BA改性PVAc乳液。研究结果表明：当m（SDS）∶m（OP-10）=1∶（2-3）、w（复合乳化剂）=3%-4%、w（APS）=0.5%-0.7%、w（PVA）=6%-8%和w（BA）=20%（均相对于BA和VAc总质量而言）时,改性乳液的单体转化率为97%、固含量超过50%;当w（BA）=20%时,改性胶膜的吸水率为12.9%、Tg（玻璃化转变温度）降至17.5℃,说明其耐水性、耐寒性和柔韧性俱佳。With butyl acrylate （BA） as modified monomer of polyvinyl acetate （PVAc） , ammonium persulphate （APS） as initiator, polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） as protective colloid, sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDS）/octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether （OP-10） as anionic/nonionic compound emulsifier, a BA modified PVAc emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous charging method. The research results showed that the monomer conversion rate was 97%, and the solid content was more than 50% for modified emulsion when mass ratio of m （SDS） ：m （OP-10） was 1 ： （2-3）, mass fractions of compound emulsifier, APS, PVA and BA were 3%-4%, 0.5%-0.7%, 6%-8% and 20% respectively in total BA and VAc. The modified film had the good water resistance, cold resistance and flexibility because its water absorption and Tg （glass transition temperature） were decreased to 12.9% and 17.5℃ respectively when mass fraction of BA was 20%.
