脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液的合成及性能研究

摘　　要：以IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)、PEG(聚乙二醇)、DMPA(二羟甲基丙酸)和HEMA(甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯)为主要原料,采用分步预聚法合成了紫外光(UV)固化涂料用PUA(聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)乳液。研究结果表明:聚合体系中—NCO基团已基本反应完全,HEMA已成功接至聚合物主链中;随着DMPA掺量的不断增加,PUA乳液的粒径减小、黏度增大;不同DMPA掺量的PUA乳液均表现出良好的稳定性。With IPDI （isophorone diisoeyanate）, PEG （polyethylene glycol）, DMPA （dimethylolpropionic acid） and HEMA（β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate） as main raw materials, a PUA （polyurethane acrylate） emulsion for UV- curable coating was synthesized by substep prepolymerization. The research results showed that the --NCO groups could basically be completely reacted in polymerization system, so the HEMA was successfully connected into main chain of polymer. The particle sizes were decreased, and viscosities were increased for PUA emulsion with increasing DMPA contents. The PUA emulsion with different DMPA contents had all the good stability.
