摘 要:以硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)改性的玻纤粉为增强填料,采用一步合成法制备了综合性能优良的单组分湿固化PU(聚氨酯)胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当w(玻纤粉)=15%(相对于PU胶粘剂质量而言)时,PU胶粘剂的拉伸强度、拉伸剪切强度分别提高了32.90%、33.71%;含玻纤粉PU胶粘剂之初始分解温度比无玻纤粉体系提高了19℃,400℃时前者的热失重率由80.52%降至73.64%、吸水率降低,说明适量的玻纤粉能提升PU胶粘剂的耐热性和耐水性。With glass fiber powder modified by silane coupler (KH-550) as reinforcing filler, an one- component moisture-curable PU (polyurethane) adhesive with good combination property was synthesized by one- step synthesis. The research results showed that the tensile strength and tensile shear strength of PU adhesive were increased by 32.90% and 33.71% respectively when mass fraction of glass fiber powder was 15% in PU adhesive. The moderate glass fiber powder could promote the heat resistance and water resistance of PU adhesive because the initial decomposition temperature of PU adhesive with glass fiber powder was 19℃ more than that of PU adhesive without glass fiber powder, the thermal weightlessness rate of the former was decreased from 80.52% to 73.64% at 400℃, and water absorption of the former was decreased.
