自修复性印花涂料黏合剂的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：开发了一种新型水性自修复性印花涂料黏合剂,利用含不同软段/硬段比例的树脂调配出具有自修复功能的WPU(水性聚氨酯)印花涂料黏合剂。研究结果表明:当n(软段)∶n(硬段)=1∶1.56时,制备的印花图案之耐水洗和耐热粘连性(均为5级)相对最好;此时,该WPU的固定率低于25%、回复率超过94%,并具有相对最好的自修复功能。印花涂料的自修复性温度高于80℃,并且其具有环保、耐水洗和手感好等优点。A new type of waterborne self-healing printing coating adhesive was developed, the WPU （waterborne polyurethane） printing coating adhesive with self-healing was deployed by different soft/hard chain segment ratios resins. The research results showed that the made printing design bad the relatively best washable rating and heat adhesion rating（both at grade 5） when molar ratio of n （soft chain segment） ：n （hard chain segment） was 1 ： 1.56. H ere, the WPU had the relatively best self-healing because its fixed rate was less than 25%, and its recovery rate was more than 94%. The self-healing temperature of printing coating was more than 80 ~C, and it had some advantages such as environmental protection, washable and good hand feeling.
