摘　　要：目的通过对陈修园《南雅堂医案》中36个中风医案的中药、病因、病机、治法的整理和分析,总结陈氏中风医案的用药规律。陈氏认为中风的病因以六淫为主,病机主要为津液代谢失常、邪正盛衰和阴阳失调,并提倡以补法治之,以补益气血为主。并从大量临床实践中总结出了闭证与脱证的基本治疗原则。用药详备。Through sorting and analyzing Chinese medicine,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment of 36 stroke basis in CHEN Xiuyuan Medical Cases of Nan Ya Tang to summarize the principle of herbs used. CHEN thought etiology of stroke is＂the six evils＂,pathogenesis of stroke is qi-blood disturbance,healthy energy-evil struggle,imbalance of Yin and Yang,and advocates to treat with replenishing method,give priority to benefit qi and blood. And CHEN summed up the basic therapeutic principles of stroke prostration and stroke excess from a large number of clinical practice. Drug use detailed.
