盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的效果。方法以我院2013年2月至2014年5月间,收治的HMD新生儿76例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,所有患者均进行包括机械通气在内的常规治疗,观察组患者增加使用盐酸氨溴索,比较两组患者临床治疗效果之间的差异。结果观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组,Pa O2和Pa O2/Fi O2皆高于对照组,Pa CO2低于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索可以有效提高临床治疗HMD的效果,改善患者血气情况。OBJECTIVE To analyzed the clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease.METHODS There were 76 neonatal pulmonary with hyaline membrane disease in our study queue.They were randomly divided into two group at the beginning of the research.The conventional treatment plan was used in the control group.And Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection was additional used in the objective group.The difference of clinical effect was compared between the two group.RESULTS The clinical effect in the objective group was better than that in the control group.The level of PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 was higher in the objective group.The level of PaCO2 was lower in the objective group.CONCLUSION It can get positive effect to use Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease.
