硫酸吗啡缓释片与盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗癌痛的药物经济学评价

摘　　要：目的比较硫酸吗啡缓释片和盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗癌痛的成本和效果,为合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2012-2014年采用硫酸吗啡缓释片及盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗癌痛的患者707例,按照不同的治疗方案进行分组,其中硫酸吗啡缓释片110例,盐酸羟考酮缓释片597例,统计两组疗效及费用,并运用最小成本法进行分析。结果硫酸吗啡缓释片组有效率是78.2%,盐酸羟考酮缓释片组有效率是71.9%,两组比较差异无统计学意义;硫酸吗啡缓释片组治疗药物总成本为513.05±170.24,盐酸羟考酮缓释片组治疗药物总成本为1142.60±130.66。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论两种治疗方案治疗癌痛的疗效均较好,从经济学角度看,硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗成本较小,为较佳治疗方案。OBJECTIVE To compare the economic evaluation of the treatment of cancer pain by using morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets and oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the treatment of patients with cancer pain by using morphine sulfate sustained -release tablets and oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets in our hospital during January 2012 to December 2014 ,there were 110 cases of patients by using morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets and 597 cases of patients by using oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets , respectively , the effective rate and the pharmaceutical costs of two groups were counted up.RESULTS The effective rates of the treatment of cancer pain by using morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets and oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets were 78.2% and 71.9%, separately , there was no statistical difference between them （ P〉0.05 ）;the total costs of drugs used to treat the cancer pain were 513.05 ±170.24 Yuan and 1142.60 ±130.66 Yuan respectively.CONCLUSION There was no difference in the effective rate of treatment by using these two drugs ,compared them by using the cost minimization analysis ,the treatment of cancer pain by using morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets is characterized by low cost and more economical efficiency.
