摘  要:简要介绍了开展民用飞机空调系统仿真分析及研究的重要意义和空调系统工作原理。建立了民用飞机空调系统主要部件的数学模型,开发了系统部件仿真模块及驾驶舱/客舱热载荷模块等,用搭建的部件模块组建了某民用飞机空调系统仿真模型,完成了仿真计算算例。对仿真算例进行试验验证以修正仿真模型,应用修正的仿真模型预测民用飞机整个飞行剖面内空调系统的冲压空气流量,同时采用标准计算方法评估空调系统冲压空气能耗,为空调系统的冲压设计提供依据,对飞机空调系统设计、优化及适航符合性验证具有重要的参考意义。In this paper, many methods about simulation analysis and study of air conditioning system ( ACS) for civil aircraft are introduced. The mathematic models of ACS components for civil aircraft are built, and the simula-tion modules of ACS components and cabin/cockpit heat load module are developed. , The simulation model of air conditioning system for some civil aircraft is established, which is verified by examples. ACS ram air flow-rate calculation in flight envelope is predicted by validated simulation model . The ram air energy consumption is evalua-ted by standard algorithm to provide the basis for ACS design optimization. It is of great references for civil aircraft ACS design optimization and airworthiness compliance verification.
