运动针法联合龙虎交战法针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛的研究

摘　　要：目的评价运动针法联合龙虎交战法针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛的疗效及对患者睡眠的影响。方法将55例带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,2组均选取手少阳经穴外关、足少阳经穴阳陵泉,治疗组予以两穴运动针法联合龙虎交战法针刺治疗,对照组予以上述两穴龙虎交战法针刺治疗。1次/d,6次为1个疗程,2个疗程间隔1 d,治疗2个疗程。观察2组疼痛及睡眠改善情况。结果治疗2个疗程后,2组VAS疼痛评分及睡眠治疗评分均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组镇痛及睡眠改善总有效率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论运动针法联合龙虎交战法治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛效果好,且可明显改善患者睡眠情况,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture kinesitherapy combined with dragon and tiger tactics of acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic intercostal neuralgia （ PIN） and its influence on the sleep of patients.Methods 55 patients with PIN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were all selected of the channel off on hand Shaoyang meridian acupoints Waiguan and foot Shaoyang meridian acupoints Yanglingquan, the patients were treated with acupuncture kinesitherapy combined with dragon and tiger tactics of acupuncture in the treatment group and with dragon and tiger tactics only in the control group. For two courses, 6 times a course, once a day, and 1 day need to be spaced be-tween two courses, the improvement of pain and sleep in the two groups were observed.Results After 2 courses of treatment, the pain VAS scores and the sleep scores in two groups were significantly improved than before treatment （ all P〈0.05） , and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （all P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of analgesic and improved sleep in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of acupuncture kinesitherapy combined with dragon and tiger tactics of acupuncture in the treatment of PIN is good, can significantly improve the sleep of patients, so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
