农村人际关系与农业推广人员的不对称性

摘　　要：随着社会现代化建设的加快以及建设和谐社会的推广,农村建设显得尤为重要。在农村建设的过程中出现了很多问题,如农村社会人际关系的复杂化、农业推广员不对称等,文章对农村社会中人际关系与农业推广人员的不对称性的原因进行分析,并提出了改善措施。with the speeding up of modernization of the society and the acceleration of the construction of a harmonious society, rural construction is becoming particularly important. There are many problems existing in the process of rural construction, such as the complication of rural social relationships , and the asymmetry of agricultural extension workers, this paper analyzed the causes resulting the asymmetry between rural social relationships and agricultural extension workers,and proposed improvement measures .
