摘　　要：对固态继电器电压指数上升率这一电参数的测试技术原理进行了研究,并对两种电压指数上升率测试电路解决方案进行了分析,阐述了每种电路的优缺点。A preliminary study of technical principles of electrical parameters of rise rate of the solid state relay voltage index is provided. Two voltage index increased rate test circuit solution are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each circuit are explained.
