摘　　要：生态问责制是加拿大进行生态环境保护和治理的重要制度工具。加拿大生态问责法律法规健全,政府生态责任规定清晰明确,生态问责制度体系完善,问责指标体系具有可操作性,构筑了规范有效的生态环境管理问责制框架,在实践中取得了积极的效果,对于我国生态问责制度建设具有重要启发意义。Ecological accountability is an important system tool for the protection and governance of ecological environment in Canada. Canadian ecological accountability has constructed an effective Accountability framework in the field of ecological and environment management which has showed four characteristics in practice： the first is that it has sound laws and regulations; the second is that the ecological responsibility which was ruled very clear; the third is that it has perfect accountability system, and the fourth is that the accountability index system is operable. Now, Canadian ecological accountability has achieved positive results in practice and has important inspiration significance for the construction of ecological accountability in China.
