农民工社会资本对生活满意度影响研究

摘　　要：农民工的生活满意度代表了他在城市的生存状态,对此关注有利于促进农民工的城市融入。社会资本作为个人嵌入的关系网络,是否对农民工的生活满意度产生影响,这是探讨的主要问题。文章结合农民工特征,将其社会资本划分为在农村先天赋予的原始社会资本和在城市后天构建的新型社会资本两维度,利用1 102份全国农民工调查问卷,选用有序Logistic模型进行实证研究。结果表明:原始社会资本中仅有婚姻一项对生活满意度产生影响;新型社会资本中当地人的社会网络、工友的社会网络和网络投资都显著影响生活满意度,其中工友社会网络影响最大。此外,社会资本对农民工生活满意度的影响是具有代际差异的,新生代农民工更容易受到新型社会资本的影响。最后,社会资本的获取并不存在人力资本的门槛要求。研究揭示,构建农民工良好的新型社会资本是促进农民工生活满意度的有效途径。Since the life satisfaction of peasant workers represents their living condition in the city, it should pay more attention to the living condition of the workers. This paper discussed the impact of social capital as embedded individual network on the life satisfaction of peasant workers. Combined with the characteristics of peasant workers, this paper introduced two variables of the social capital, i. e. , primitive social capital in rural area and new social capital in the urban area, and analyzed the survey data of 1102 questionnaire of the national migrant workers using the orderly multivariate Logistic model. The results indicated that firstly, the primitive social capital only influ- enced the marriage of the workers. Secondly, the persons social network, workers＇social network and network in- vestment of the new typesocial capital had significant impact on the workers＇life satisfaction. In addition, the so- cial capital had the impact of generational differences on the satisfaction of llfe, which meant that different genera- tion of the peasant worker had differentlife satisfaction. On the one hand, the new generation of workers were affected by the new type of social capital. At last, the workers＂ human capital did not significantly affect the acqui- ring of social capital. The study revealed that constructing the new social capital was an effective way to improve the life satisfaction of workers.
