摘 要:目的研究HF患者NT-proBNP检测的临床意义。方法检测60例健康体检者(对照组)和382例HF患者(观察组)及80例HF患者治疗后第7天及第15天血清NT-proBNP水平。结果观察组血清NT-proBNP水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学有意义(P<0.01);观察组心功能分级不同血清NT-proBNP水平也具有明显差异,具有统计学有意义(P<0.01),并且随着心功能分级的不断升高,患者的血清中NT-proBNP水平浓度也呈现升高的趋势。80例HF治疗患者第7、15天采血检测结果显示:随着心功能持续改善,病人的NT-proBNP水平持续下降,前后差异具有统计学意义。(P<0.01)。结论血清NT-ProBNP水平检测对HF患者的诊断、病情评估和疗效评价有重要临床意义。Objective To study the clinical significance of NT-proBNP in patients with heart failure( HF) .Methods Serum NT-proBNP levels were measured in 60 healthy subjects (control group),382 cases of HF(observation group) and 80 cases HF patients at seventh days and fifteenth days after treatment. Results Serum NT-proBNP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 01)In the observation group, with the difference of cardiac function classification , the serum NT- proBNP level was also different,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 01).With the increase of cardiac functional classification, the level of serum NT-proBNP in patients also showed an increasing trend.The blood test results in 80 cases of HF patients at seventh days,fifteenth days showed that with the improvement of cardiac function, NT-ProBNP levels continued to decline, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Detection of serum NT-ProBNP level has important clinical significance for the diagnosis, the disease condition assessment and the clinical efficacy evaluation in HF patients.
