机床噪声的防治研究

摘　　要：在企业机加车间,机床噪声的危害很大,能达到80分贝以上,它严重影响了听力,造成工人无法正常交流,说话只能靠"吼"的方式,而且严重的威胁了工人们的听觉健康、注意力和情绪。机床噪声还将干扰机加企业附近居民的正常生活,给居民的身体健康带来严重危害。针对机床噪声的防治方法和措施作了相关研究。根据声音的产生条件可以知道,控制噪声的方法有3个,即在声源处减少噪音的产生、阻止噪声的传播、在接受者处防治噪声。In the machining workshops of enterprises,the harm resulted from machine tool noise is great,the noise can reach up to 80 db,which seriously impact hearing and makes the workers can＇t communicate with each other normally,the only way for them to communicate is＂roaring＂,and it seriously threaten workers＇hearing health,mind and emotion.Machine tool noise will also disturb the normal life of the residents living near the machining enterprises,it seriously impair people＇s health. this paper made a corresponding research on methods and measures to prevent machine tool noise. According to the conditions resulting in noise,we can learn that there are three methods to controlnoise,namely,to reduce the the generation of noise reduction at source,to stop the transmission of noise and to prevent noise at the receivers.
