摘　　要：文章以敏捷供应链构建策略为主题,将这一思想融入新疆特色农产品领域,说明了构建新疆特色农产品敏捷供应链的重要性与紧迫性,深入分析了这一供应链构建存在的问题,并根据具体问题提出相应解决策略。This paper taking agile supply chain construction strategy as the theme,blending the thought in special agricul-tural products in Xinjiang,illustrates the importance and urgency on building agile supply chain of special agricultural prod-ucts in xinjiang.It also deeply analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain construction,and puts forward the strategies to solve these problems according to the specific problems.
