摘　　要：农村城镇化建设资金巨大,且城镇化建设中的很多项目具有公共产品的特性,农村区域和小城镇金融缺失现象严重,严重制约了农村城镇化建设的进程。在我国人均金融资源相对稀缺的背景下,金融支持城镇化建设必须寻找好着力点和切入点。Rural urbanization construction needs funds,and many of the urbanization construction projects have the char-acteristics of public good.Financial loss in rural areas and small towns is serious,seriously restricting the course of the con-struction of the rural urbanization.Under the background of relatively scarce financial resources per capita in China,the finan-cial support of urbanization construction must find good focus and focal point.
