摘　　要：急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis，AP）是常见急腹症，更是发病急、进展较快的一种急腹症，若诊治不及时病情易加重甚至导致死亡。目前临床上常将急性胰腺炎分为轻型和重型。区别两种胰腺炎以及其程度对于治疗十分重要。该文就CT、B超在急}生胰腺炎诊断中的临床应用成果做一综述。Acute pancreatitis （AP） is a common acute abdominal pain, is a kind of acute abdominal pain come on urgent, progress faster, if treatment is not timely, illness aggravating and even lead to death. At present, clinical acute pancreatitis is often divided into light and heavy. Difference between the two kinds of pancreatitis and its degree, it is very important to treatment. In this paper, CT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in clinical application for review.
