氨溴特罗口服液辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：观察氨溴特罗口服液辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床有效性及安全性。方法：选择2011年1月至2015年5月就诊的小儿支气管肺炎患儿200例，随机分为两组，各100例，治疗组全部加用北京韩美药品有限公司生产的氨溴特罗口服液（商品名：易坦静）每天2次口服治疗，其中，氨溴特罗口服液剂量为：未满8个月每次2．5m1，8个月至i岁每次5．0ml，2-3岁每次7．5ml，4-5岁每次10．0ml，6-12岁每次15．0ml。对照组均不加用氨溴特罗口服液治疗。其他治疗（如抗感染、化痰止咳、对症平喘等）两组相同，两组疗程均为5d。结果：治疗组在改善小儿支气管肺炎患儿咳嗽、痰液黏稠、排痰困难等临床症状方面疗效显著，总有效率及显效率明显高于对照组，且无不良反应。结论：氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效好，值得临床推广使用。Objective To Observe Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution treatment of children-Pneumonia with the clinical efficacy and safe. Methods From January 2011 to May 2015 in Guangdong The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University-Yuedong Hospital 200 cases of children -Pneumonia were divided into 2 grouds . The treatment group was treated by Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral solution twice a day. The ageunder-eight-months was dose for 2.5ml at a time and dose 5ml at a time for age between 8 months to i year-old,7.5ml for age between 2 and 3, 10ml for 4 to 5 ang 15ml for 6 to 12. And another group was not used Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride .Oral Solution treatment.Andother treatmengforexample, anti-infection, relieve a cough,reduct phlegm preventing asthma and so on. The course of treatment was last for five days. Results In improving the children clinical symptoms with cough, sputum, sticky and the difficulty of row of phlegm, treatment group curative effect is remarkable. The total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, without adverse reaction. Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution is treatment of children-Pneumonia with good effect, it is worth for clinical use.
