摘 要:采用同向旋转双螺杆挤出机制备了聚乳酸/纳米碳酸钙(PLA/NPCC)复合材料;通过差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜和电子万能试验机研究了不同含量的NPCC对PLA熔融与结晶行为、晶体形态及其力学性能的影响。结果表明:纯PLA结晶慢,加入NPCC能明显提高其结晶速率,改善球晶尺寸分布,且冲击强度相比纯PLA提高了13%。但NPCC的加入量存在阈值,超过5%时,反而会使PLA/NPCC复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度都降低。Poly( lactide acid)/nano-CaCO3 (PLA/NPCC) composite were prepared by a co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The effect of NPCC loadings on crystal morphology and crystallization behavior of PLA, as well as the tensile and impact strength of the composite was studied by differential scanning calorimetry, polarizing microscope and mechanical property tester, respectively. It was shown that the addition of NPCC could greatly increase the rate of crystallization of PLA,improve the size distribution of its spherulites, and increase the impact strength of the composite. Nevertheless, there was a threshold of NPCC loadings in regards of its strength. More than 5 percent of the loadings of NPCC would lead to the reduction of the impact and tensile strength of the composite.
