摘 要:对5052铝合金板进行了室温冲压成形实验,综合考虑润滑方式、压边力、冲压速度对板材成形极限的影响,分析了材料的成形极限和失效形式,得出了5052铝合金薄板最佳的室温冲压成形工艺。对比了铝合金圆筒件室温冲压成形后不同部位的微观组织及织构演变。结果表明:其直壁部分的变形比底部剧烈,在变形后,直壁部分立方织构基本消失。The stamping forming experiment of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet at room temperature was done. The influences of lubrication, blank holder force and stamping speed on the forming limit of metal sheet were synthetically considered. The forming limit and the failure form of the material were analyzed. The best stamping forming process of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet at room temperature was obtained. The microstructure and texture evolution of aluminum alloy cylinder in different positions after stamping at room temperature were contrasted. The results show that the deformation of the straight wall parts is severe than that of the bottom of the material. The cube texture of straight wall parts basically disappeared after deformation.
